Content License Terms
Plain terms for people and AI systems that use our work.
1. Free use with attribution
You may read, index, summarize, quote, and cite content on this site, including for search and for answers generated by AI systems, provided you credit Wise Strategies, LLC and link to the page you used.
2. Uses that need a separate license
Bulk copying or redistribution of our content, use of it to train or fine-tune AI models, and incorporation of it into a commercial product require a separate written license. Contact parkerwise@mywisestrategies.com.
3. Voluntary contributions
Contributions are suggested, never required, and access is never restricted. The suggested scale appears on the AI Use page, is reviewed quarterly, and is adjusted upward for inflation. Usage statements are informational and are not bills; amounts never carry forward. Contributions are payments to Wise Strategies, LLC, a for-profit company, are not charitable donations or tax-deductible, and do not purchase services, advice, or warranties.
4. No warranties; limitation of liability
Content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Strategies, LLC’s total liability arising from any use of our content is limited to the amount, if any, you paid for that use.
5. Not legal advice
Our content is general information, not legal advice. Use of it, or any payment, does not create an attorney-client, client, or consulting relationship. If your situation calls for legal advice, please consult a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction who practices in that area of law.
6. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We may update them; the version posted here applies from the date shown. A machine-readable version is available at /license.xml.
